PHP Senior Developer

• Responsibilities

  • Developing, debugging, and optimizing PHP code.
  • Interpreting design specifications and functional requirements.
  • Creating consistent code documentation.

• Minimum Required Skills

  • Fluent programing in PHP.
  • Strong knowledge of MVC frameworks (Zend and Symfony2)
  • Fluency with code versioning tools (SVN, git, or similar)
  • Fluency with setting up a local dev-server.
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Minimum Required Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years professional experience developing in PHP.
  • 1+ years professional experience architecting entire applications.

• Supplemental Skills & Experience

  • Experience with High availability environments.
  • Experience in at least one of the popular content management systems (Joomla, Drupal, or WordPress)
  • Familiarity with Apache Solr.

Network/System Admininstrator

We are looking for a network/system Admin with more than 5 years experience and who can do the following tasks:

• Installation and support for desktops with windows 2003/2008 and windows XP/Vista/7 Operating system.
• Installation and trouble shooting of various Software applications.
• Install and configure Windows 2003/2008 Servers in a single domain Environment.
• Install and configure MS SQL Server 2005/2008.
• Install and configure Exchange with a multiple site Configuration.
• Installation of E-trust antivirus updates regularly.
• Implementing and troubleshooting Group Policy and have a working knowledge of Active Directory.
• Maintenance of Active Directory Services (Creating and adding the user accounts to concerned groups.
• Maintenance of DHCP & DNS servers (Providing Internet access according to the Functional Group and Grade.
• Building, Configuring and repair of server hardware.
• Maintenance of all hardware and software inventories.
• Maintenance of Windows 2003/2008 Severs with latest hot fixes/patch upgrades.
• Day to day tasks of Exchange and Outlook.
• Day-to-day operations of Windows and Exchange.
• Antivirus software upgrades/pro-active virus checks.
• Attending regular calls of the users related to computers & network problems.
• Coordination with vendors for timely resolution of hardware failure.
• Provide support to users Lock/Unlock.
• Disable/enable user accounts & security policies for users.
• Monitor server security & monitor special services etc.
• Daily monitoring and maintaining of our datacenter in Riyadh, making sure our application platform is running smoothly and trouble shooting and fixing any issues that arise with the help of the development team.
• Good knowledge of Linux operating system.
